Planning Approval on Green Belt Land Reedley

HAD obtained an extremly difficult planning consent via Pendle Council for one of our Arhcitectural Commissions. The scheme was for a contemporary detached dwelling in Reedley between Brierfield and Burnley. Although the site is technically in Green Belt (and this proved to be a difficult hurdle to overcome in terms of sercuring planning permission) the land was very unsightly, and had previously been used as a dumping ground, so, unsually for Green Belt land, the application was met with encouragement from local residents, as it would create massive visual improvement to the area.
