The housing inspection also known as a property inspection for UKBA is provided as a supporting document with your application. HAD have a 100% passrate and have been carrying out the inspections for over five years. We are a fully qualified body. Please be aware that estate agents and letting agents are not regulated or qualified to be carrying out building surveys.

The survey involved checking for any defects in the property, issues such as damp, and health and safety/fire issues and overcrowding.

How long does the survey take? The survey normally takes approximately 30 minutes.

How quickly can you visit my property? HAD can normally visit within 1-2 days depending on your location and his current workload but in urgent cases he can sometimes visit within 24 hours. It is worth asking if you require an urgent inspection.
